If they're bumps, they're clogged pores. use a chemical exfoliant. there's no real way to actually shrink the size of a pore though, only give off the effect with a product, which only lasts for some time.

There's no way to shrink pores naturally without makeup, they're determined by genetics unfortunately. Clogged pores are bigger though, so a good face cleansing routine is key.
Also, Reposting is not allowed on BL. And 3 hours is definitely not a long time. If you find no one has answered after a few days, delete the original topic and create it again. Try rewording it and making yourself clearer, when people can't understand the question It's hard to answer. Posts that are reposted push down the original posts, making others' unable to be seen. Also posting at certain times like US night time will result in less answers quickly than posting it at like noon. Try posting when you see a lot of people commenting on things. :)

I wouldn't try to. Larger pores make you look more youthful and reduce wrinkles.

I add baking soda to my biore charcoal cleanser to help get the pores to tighten mine are huge on my cheeks and t zone
