I don't know a specific hair dye that would meet your standards but I do know of temporary hair powder that you apply when your hair is wet and it dries into your hair and lasts maybe 3 days or as long as you don't wash your hair. And you can apply as many times as you want and when you get bored of it it'll wash out. :)

If you just want your hair to have a purple tint, I recommend using manic panic. I used a purple manic panic dye over my naturally black hair & had a really pretty purple tint. it's cheap & doesn't damage hair. :)
