cause I used a diffrent loreal hicolor in red for highlights on white hair and it turned out as what I wanted

That's a high lift color, so it's meant to lift NATURAL dark hair. If your hair is blonde, you don't need a high lift, just a deposit. You'll only need 10 volume developer.

I keep trying to but it ranges from bright red to basiclly brownish red :c
I figured its just some inexperienced ppl too so weird colors are in there. thats why I'm really hoping someone on here has used it
but I have the time ill look it up a bit more c:

I have used it on myself, and I'm a also a licensed professional. I never use this on clients though. It works! But the results that I've seen are prettier on already blonde hair with lower volume developer. 40 is designed to LIFT, so you have more of a chance of it turning pink/orangish and more damage will be done to the cuticle if the hair than if you would have used lower volume. Plus it deposits better & lasts longer (: just my personal experience and professional opinion
