I've heard it helps but has anyone had experience with this? What recipe did you use, how often did you use the scrub and how drastic were the results? Thanks ladies!

Cellulite is fat trapped between your skin and muscle tissue - the only way to really get rid of it is to get rid of the fat - but to reduce the appearance you can try cellulite reducing gels like the ones by Nivea and st.ives paired with their firming lotion they actually work really well for me.
