Sudocrem works, duac cream is so so so good but you have to get it off your doctor and I also take tablwts for acme which also really helo cut take a few months to kick in, easiest is sudocrem though:)))

Jaclyn is spot on because I've also done many of those things she listed and it just made my skin worse and worse. I also recommend the Cetaphil lotion and cleanser because it has kept me clear for the most part!

Something that worked really well for me was birth control... It defiantly made it worse first because of my body getting used to the hormones but now that I've been taking it for more than a year and my body has become accustom to the changes my skin is all good (:

I would definitely listen to Jacqlyn. The key is to find a good skincare routine. You could try seeing a dermatologist, who might offer some good skincare pointers.
