You don't really need a tutorial! You NEED to keep your hair moisturized. Don't use sulfates, and don't use heat! It's fairly simple actually. If your hair is dry, do deep conditioning every other day. When it gets to healthy and soft and shiny, do it twice a week. Try to use a leave in too! I highly re commend cantu Shea butter leave in!
