It won't go away immediately! Ones like that will take two days usually. Ice it if possible and make sure to wash your face night and day. Don't pop it, it will either come back or you will have a big scab. Apply an acne spot treatment to it twice a day after face washing.

That is a premature white head. Some go away if you refrain from touching it and apply some over the counter acne medication on it. Others will fully mature and have a noticeable white center. At the point I usually sanitize the area, pop it and squeeze everything (as gross as that sounds) out with a white head extractor, and sanitize the area after I'm done. There will be a small mark from where its been popped, but will disappear after a few days after the skin heals. Keep the area disinfected so there's little chance the pore will become clogged again and form another white head, which you'll be starting again from square one.
