Depends on your nails. Natural nails use a cotton pad soaked in acetone and allow the polish to soak on the nail for a minute before wiping off. If nails are artificial then use a non-acetone. Always use a base polish before applying glitter polish. Glitter is such a pain to remove.

yeah...first your gonna need nail polish remover, 10 cotton balls, and foil paper...
steps:
1. pour some nail polish remover on the cotton balls and apply on top of each individual finger nail.
2. wrap the cotton ball with foil paper around your fingers to hold in place and leave on for 5 min.
3. after 5 min, remove the foil and the cotton ball and VOILA!!

There's a drugstore nail polish remover by salon hansen in a round container. There's a brush surrounding the container so you dip your nail in for a few seconds then rub the nail against the brush and it comes right off =)

Usually I do the same thing, EXCEPT no wrapping. I just put the nail polish remover on my nail and let it sit.

Try soaking a cotton pad in remover (instead of a ball), placing that on your nail, and wrapping your fingertip in foil for five minutes. Full details here: http://www.beautylish.com/a/vmacv/Minx-nail-removal
