I am a freak when it comes to keeping my lips moist. I bought the revlon lip butter because of all the awesome reviews. A few hours after my first application my lips got really tight and dry. Ever since my first application a few days ago if I don't constantly reapply chapstick my lips become so tight and dry they bleed. Could it be from the lipstick? Or what could it be?

It definitely could be the lip butters, I would stay away for a while if I were you. Maybe try a test patch on your wrist or something to see if something will show? You should also use a thicker lip balm to keep your lips super moisturized so they heal faster, theres an Aquaphor lip thing that would work great and I personally love vaseline at night- I wake up with baby soft lips every time!
I'm so sorry you had a bad reaction to these :( but I hope your lips get better soon!!

Thank you for the advice, I will put some on my wrist in the morning and see what happens. I use eos lip balm every night and the past couple mornings waking up with dry lips is so strange. I will buy something more hydrating for sure!

I find eos to be more of a lip primer than a balm
