I realized that the pencil is non-twisted or sharpened ..so, once I am done with the tip of the eyeliner how do I get more of the product out of the tube??? LOL I am so confused!!

I have that problem with several of my over sized pencil/crayons! LOL The largest one I have doesn't fit! I should try finding one at the art supply or office supply store.
Need to find something like THIS but only with the JUMBO sharpener.

Maybe try a Wet 'N Wild dual sharpener. It has 2 sizes and I used to use the larger size on mine to sharpen Maybelline Cool Eyeshadow pencils, which are roughly about the same thickness as NYX Jumbos. I haven't tried it on my NYX pencils yet... I'll let you know if I find that it fits. (Plus I think the WNW sharpener is only $2!)

i have two jumbo pencils from nyx and i did the same thing as amber... it's super easy, and doesn't take to long... i just used little jars i had gotten from the travel section at my target... i have one thing to add to amber's idea... i used a tweezers to hold the pencil... my skin is sensitive to temperatures... so my skin would've felt like it was on fire had i not used something to hold the pencil... i'm kind of weird that way...

The only thing is that i wanna keep it as a pencil !!! But I cannt sharpen it b/c the pencil is plastic :( :(

You can sharpen them, I used to before I de-penciled them. I just wasted so much product it bothered me... try NYXs sharpener always worked for me. :)

I definitely know that the Wet 'N Wild dual sharpener is TOO small for even their jumbo pencils. Haven't tried the NYX one since NYX isn't sold in my area, I'll have to order it.

Tip: Popping the pencils in the fridge for a few minutes prior to sharpening will make it much easier!

nyx sells jumbo pencil sharpeners their like metal and have a small end for liners then a big end for jumbo pencils

NYX & milani sell sharpners that fit the nyx jumbo lip and eye pencils i have one by loreal too that works wonders!!

So everyone... how do u keep the pencil from creasing ur eyeshadow!! the stick does not seem to be a good base at all! :( whats the trick??? should appying my too faced insurance before my pencil??

Yeah Ava. That's what I do anyways. (I also use Too Faced Shadow Insurance! haha It's a god send!) However for me anyways..it usually starts creasing by the end of the day just because it is such a creamy product.

I found that de-penciling Wet 'n' Wild crayons into pots then melting it works much better than trying to use the hairdryer to melt it out of the pencil plus you get more product out. Now I need to get more WnW to fill my little jars up!

In answer to why this shadow is not a good base; it is because the product is petroleum based. The only products that prevent creasing are those that are silicone based. Look for products that have silicones for the first few ingredients: Isodecane, Cyclopentasiloxane, etc.

I've heard they fit with most large-sized sharpeners, BUT it's best to refrigerate the pencil prior to sharpening to ensure you don't break the product. It just helps the sharpening process along :D Urban Decay has a Grindhouse Sharpener for their larger pencils - perhaps that will work, too?
