They sell those at Sally's I think! I've also seen them at little stores, likes fairways and some dollar stores.

Sally's has all sorts of sizes of them, and Walmart carries one size I believe with the hair accessories. :)

I bought those at CVS! But I never got them to work for my hair even when I slept in them or used a hair dryer...it just turned into a frizzy or gel-y or just awful crimped mess...They were not that expensive though, so it was worth the try. I hope you have better luck!
