Does anybody know whether the hair dye 'light almond brown' by John Frieda has a blue/green toner in it? I'm thinking of using it instead of the ash brown one as I wants hair a little lighter but I don't want no reddy orangey tones? please help xxx

Ash is code for blue green and golden is code for yellow/red. You'll need to pay attention to what color your hair "pulls" when you dye it. Some peoples hair pulls red which means they need to lean more towards an ash base. Others pull blue/green and need to buy colors with golden in the name. If you aren't sure try a neutral at first and see what that gives you then adjust from there.

Yes I use ash normally to get rid of the reddish tones. But I want to know whether the almond brown has blue times or red tones in it? Thanks xx
