I was using MAC select sheer loose powder until it was discontinued. It worked great for me so when I went back they gave me the mineralize loose powder. Well I'm extremely disappointed, it doesn't do anything in terms of setting my make up and I get so oily. It just doesn't do anything! Anyone know of any alternatives to select sheer?

I'm a bare essentials fan myself. they use an all mineral formula and they don't test on animals. I've been using it since 2009 and I've never broken out and it lasts all day with no rubbing off.

Thanks for the suggestions. The main thing I need is oil control. The mineralize loose powder honestly does nothing. Today I was oily so I applied a bit of powder and 5 minutes later I was completely oily again. I honestly don't understand how it can be do bad!

I use the all nighter spray and to be honest I don't see a difference. I think my skin is just too oily :(

To prevent from getting dewy throughout the day use a mattifying primer.

I have the same exact problem & constantly powdering my face was too much of a hassle. As soon as I started to use primer I noticed my face wouldn't get greasy at all. Try it! :)

Thanks Jennifer but I've tried mattifying primers and no difference :( I honestly don't get what it is with my skin, nothing stops the oilyness.
