Simple mascara, bb cream, blush, lipgloss... you can also try out eyeliner and eyeshadows to experiment.

Cheap fun, drugstore products! Just to play with! I would pick a selection of different products, to try a simple look with. Just to have fun with. x

Loreal infallible foundation is amazing, cover girl clump crusher is an incredible mascara and maybelline line stiletto liquid eyeliner is the easiest to use and has great pigmentation.

I use mascara and a felt tipped liquid eye liner..
Shadows and creams are too complicated for me to handle LOL :3

Just start out with simple things. To experiment, use drugstore cheapies! You can always find the more expensive stuff later, when you've figured out what you want. Mascara and powder is how I started out!

I would recommend something like the elf liquid eyeliner or some mascara.

CoverGirl is great for beginners. Everything is simple. They even make an eyeshadow stick for smokey eyes! How much easier could it get?(((:

You could always go to a makeup counter like Mac and get them to help you and try things on so you know what you like.

Maybe find a local Avon or Mary Kay representative and ask for a consultation? they give great tips and can sell you the products. maybe go with your mom or a friend? it's like going to a Mac / Lancôme / Clinique counter etc. except the products are more affordable

I have a few foundation tips for those staring out here: http://williamspromakeup.blogspot.co.uk/2013/05/timless-beauty-which-foundation-is.html

Moisturiser, primer, foundation, concealer, contour blush, powder, a decent eye palette and mascara are a good start.

What I did was watch tutorials online, then go buy cheap versions of the products they used. I really like Marlena's tutorials on www.MakeupGeek.com because she explains clearly what she does and lists in detail all of the products and steps.

So I would choose a tutorial, watch it, then go to the drugstore with a list of things to get to recreate the look as best I could (e.g. black pencil liner, mascara, a neutral eye shadow quad, and a brush) then find the least expensive version. E.L.F. at Target is brilliant and inexpensive, so that's a great place to start.
