So all of a sudden, a couple of days ago my skin just broke out. I got at least 7 new whiteheads around my chin and underneath my nose. when I get my period, I usually get 1 or 2 but almost 10?! I stopped drinking green tea because I am on vacation so maybe that's the reason? or maybe because of a climate change? (from being in the negatives to 70s) I don't want to go out I am so embarrassed! does anybody know how I can get rid of them or why you think they came?

Irregular periods led to pimples and whiteheads
But when we go on vacation the environment changes and habits too like you said you couldn't consume green tea
don't get embarrassed
I'll tell home remedies
apply green tea scrubs and let it sit for few mins
apply honey pack as it's antimicrobial but skip it if you got oily skin
Wash your face with salted water
and take steam too then scrub your face gently with tea tree scrub
you'll see the difference :)

Is it humid? Or have you gone from a dry area to a humid area?

Yes from dry to humid

I'm used to super dry air as I live in a cold desert (Utah). Whenever it gets slightly humid or I'm around steam when I'm sweating (like when I was serving boiled hot dogs at work--blech!) I get white heads--especially around my mouth and on my chin.
My best advice would be to cleanse and exfoliate. And it might suck---but go light on any face makeup and make sure you wash your face before and after going outside.

You may have had an allergic reaction to something also, I remember one day I woke up and all under my jaw line I had a bunch of white heads, I took zyrtec for a few days and they went away.
