Is there any way too shrink pores without makeup? And I need a remedy for white heads they neeeever go away no matter what I do.

Rolling a ice cube in a paper towel on putting it on your pimple will help make it small.

I use the Benefit Porefessional primer to make my pores appear smaller, then I'll use the ITCosmetics Bye Bye Pores setting powder. Works great for me!
As for the whiteheads, I can't give you advice there. Personally, I can't stand a whitehead on my face so I use my comedone extractor (really for blackheads) to pop them. I know I'm not supposed to, but I just can't deal with a white pimple on my face. Perhaps see your dermatologist for some Retin-A or whatever he/she thinks is best for you!
