Yesterday I tried to dye my hair brown with a brand that I have used before and I know that works, but it didn't change my hair colour. In the picture is my hair after I dyed it, but it's rxactly the same as my natural colour. I am currently trying to lighten strands of it with Bblonde (bleach) but that doesn't seem to be working either. I don't understand why my colour isn't changing (I know it's quite dark) but I s there something wrong with my hair?
