If any of you have used this, please give me some advice, I just read on my box that it may not come out of my hair even if I try to bleach it out. Did that happen to any of you? I have dark ish medium blonde hair.

Ion doesn't take to hair very well so if you color it, it will be very patchy and won't look very goof.

Even if you let red dye fade from your hair you're still going to have red tones afterwards, that's what happened to my hair so when I did my blue ombré my stylist had to get the red tones out first before she bleached it.

Where does it say that?
I have used it in several colors and I have always like the results. I prefer Ion instead of manic panic. Ion's hair color insert says "color shine overlays on natural or color treated dry hair and process for 20 to 40 mins".
On natural hair it might not be as bright, but I am sure it will still look nice. When I didn't want red hair any more, I just let it fade, and I use a brown filler color filler with dark brown hair color and I didn't have any red tones.

I used to have bright red hair for a couple of years and I used the Ion red a few times. When I decided it was time for a change, I just used a color remover and it worked out just fine for me. I used One n Only Colorfix by Jheri Redding, bought it from Sally Beauty for around $10. I was told I might have to use the remover twice since my hair had so many layers of color to get through but luckily for me once was more than fine. Here's a before and an after pic for reference. Before:

I couldn't find better pictures, but I wanted to show the before and after. The first picture is from November 2014, and the second one from June 2015, but it was dye back to brown 3 weeks before.
