When I got my highlights done, the finished product looked like she didn't even do anything. I went back the next day and got it redone for free. Maybe you should bring in a reference picture so she has an idea of what you're looking for.

I would be angry too! I'm going to get mine done this weekend! Thy should definatly fix it for free. Until then just keep it up, and it's not as bad as some of the ombre mishaps I've seen.

All in all because my daughter had her hair cut as well. it was 250 with tip.

Yeah. she even missed some dye in my bangs and had to spot dye the back. it was getting lay so I just said f it. I hope she can fix it. I understand it was a creative dye job but that is why I went to a nice salon ( for rural Alabama). maybe now when she sees it finished she can fix it.

When I did my lowlights I didnt like them so I went the next day explaning what I wanted so they fixed it for me for free you should totally go.

Um. No. I would make them fix it for free...and by "fix" I mean matching the blonde to the rest because I would NOT trust that woman with bleach anywhere near my head a second time. It looks like she just took her brush and started at the top and just left it like that. That's outrageous.

Try wearing it curly until its been sorted out, it should soften that harsh 'transition' if it can be called that. I'm sure they'll fix it for free.
Wow it's expensive to get your hair done in America! Mine only costs me about £30 to have it dyed, cut and blow dried. That's like... Just under 50 dollars... :s

Well the thing is my hair was the color in my profile pic.basically she went a shade lighter I love the colors. I just don't see how she messed it so bad. I hope she will fix it for me and like all you helpful girls have been saying. if you did that kind of job you would fix it! I understood it was a difficult request so I'm not mad. just want her to get it right! and Ave I knew I was walking into a small fortune! my husband wasn't so happy tho haha.

Wow Ave really? In Northern CA even the expensive salons charge less than $100 for a full dye, cut, and dry. Honestly $350 is absolute nonsense and nobody would put up with that here.

Haha katerina. mine also. men are efficient. it prob didn't help her kids kept calling her throughout
