Aw you poor thing! I just had my hair bleached with foils and it went green! So disappointing when you pay all that money for it to turn out badly. Hope it gets all fixed xx

I also can tell you that her idea of a 'shade lighter' must be a bit warped lol. A shade lighter would be barely noticeable. Looks like she's just bleached the ends. Both colours are nice and if it transitioned properly it could look lovely but that's still not one shade lighter than your original hair colour x

That is shocking. id refuse to pay. I went to a salon a few years back to get red streaks in my hair, sat there for 2 hours getting it done only to find out when she had dried it that my roots had turned ginger where the red was put. I refused to leave the salon until they had fixed it and also told them I wasn't paying due to the excess damage causes to my hair from them having to reapply dye and put major heat on it so the dye would take. stand your ground girly.

If I was you id want the money back that was already paid for compo for the damage that your hair will be subjected to because they will have to redye it yet again in the short space of a week.

Wtf. Who pays $350 for hair dye.? Last time I had crazy colors, I paid like $70. And I live in Connecticut. Connecticut isn't cheap. I think your salon like stole your money. But your hair looks better Meagan, I was going to do that hair style to, but I chose something different.

Oh that's awful. I'm sorry they charged you money for that! My friend did hers from home (I would recommend going to a *reputable* salon over a home job though) and she used a comb to "blend" the ombre. Basically she coated the ends with the bleach and it was all quite even, then she used the comb to lightly apply bleach to areas just above the solidly bleached bits so it looked like a gradual colour change. (I hope that makes sense??)
It looks like these people just bleached your ends in giant blocks...I would be going to the manager! It looks like they got an amateur to do your hair! :(
