I've been using Milani, but it doesn't last very long on my lids (even when I use a eyelid primer) Any suggestions on a good one that isn't crazy expensive?

A great eyeliner that works well all-day or for winged looks is STILA All Day Waterproof Liquid Liner in Jet Black. Sephora is a great place to purchase it!

I like the Physician Formula Lash Booster. I don't use it for the supposed lash growing properties, but I like that its very black, goes on smoothly, doesn't smudge or fade, and draws a thick line. I do pretty thick winged liner almost daily, but if you like to do something a little more subtle, try the NYX Skinny Eye Marker. It isn't as dark or easy to apply as the PF, but it's less dramatic looking. I believe the PF is $10 or so, and NYX is around $5. Hope this helps!
