elf 32 piece warm eyeshadow compact has all neutral, very pigmented & sparkly colors for only 5 dollars! which sure beats the naked palette for 50. I have both & much prefer the elf.

yes NYX has a whole bunch of nude neutral eye shadows that are great they sell them individually and offer quite a few palettes as well such as NYX butt naked eyes

I love the naked pallets by Urban Decay! They are a bit pricey though so if they're out of your price range wet n wild offer some AMAZING pallets with great pigmentation, NYC also has some eye shadow quads that great! A personal drug store favorite of mine is Maybelne (sorry if the spelling is wrong!) ... Then have a small eye pallet with 2 different brown shades, a cream and a gorgeous gold, it's called Caffeine Rush

Are you looking for shimmers and mattes or either or? Do you need these colors for the day or night or both? I would suggest the Lorac Pro Palette. It has half mattes and half shimmers. You can wear that palette for day and night. The naked palette has too many shimmer for a daytime look.
