Braid hair every night, no heat, use a comb instead of a brush, after a shower pat hair dry instead of rubbing it, and drink lots of water!

2tbs-
Ground mustard
Olive oil
Hot water
3tbls sugar
1 egg yolk
Mix this well and apply to ONLY the roots. Cover with a plastic bag and a warm hat. Leave it on for 30-60 min. Then rinse as normal. Do this no more than once a week!
I've done this since the new year and my hair has grown 25cm!!
Also go natural more often which means no heat on your hair!
