Pinterest has a TON of ideas, also checkout the small things blog, might just be called small things but idk lol, but she has a lot of hairstyles for medium length hair. If you need a Pinterest invite I can send you one, just let me know. And be warned it's addicting lol :)
What I like to do it french twist my bangs and pin them back, or curl my hair using a straightening iron :)
You can do the topsy tail heart braid thing, you make a ponytail lose then pull your lose hair from the pony tail up thru a the middle of the ponytail between your head and the hair tie and it will make a loop, then divide your ponytail in half and braid each side then put the ends together in another hair tie and pull gently at the base (first) ponytail and it should form a heart in your hair, you can do that on a side section of your hair or in a half up half down in the back style :) or you can do the one in the photo which I do ALL the time, it's quick easy and cute! :) hope I helped :)
