Definitely invest in a good primer and setting powder and bring blotting sheets with you. Also the right skincare routine will help control the oil.

A good bha (salycilic acid treatment) also like Tamara said use a cleanser and moisturizer made for oily skin and make sure your mosturizing daily like she said if its dry its over compensating and producing more oil
