I think they look okay, with more practice they will look better. wish I could get mine atleast like that.

For your arch do this,

look directly straight, take a makeup brush or any type of stick and place it diagonally from the eye of your eye to your brow, that's going to be where you start your arch like this...
that's how I do it anyways but hope that helps... sorry about the crappy picture

PS. my eyebrows aren't done here lol so that's why I look terrible.
