I have normal/dry skin but my skin has for sure been a bit more dry lately. Just to my luck, my eyelids and undereyes got dry. It's gross, but they are kind of flakey and look completely awful under makeup. Any remedies? Eye creams? Could it be the makeup wipe I use to take off makeup irritating my eyes? Please help as I can't go without my eyeshadow for too long!

Make up wipes are very harsh on the face so it definitely can contribute.. especially an area as delicate as under your eyes!
I would refrain from using make up wipes under your eyes, wipes generally contain loads of irritants and fragrances so is it no way beneficial as make up removal.
Any eye cream is suitable for hydration, you can also try mixing it with a hydrating oil. Tarte's Marcula Oil ( which is simply passion fruit oil, Jojoba Oil, or Argan Oil. )
Definitely try using a non-comedogenic oil to remove make up. I simply apply a layer of Jojoba Oil and let it sit for about 2 minutes. Your mascara should slide off super easily! Plus this beats stripping my skin of moisture and conditions your lashes at the same time. Wash your face straight after ♥

Dermadoctor has an eye balm that's safe for the eyelids and it's ophthalmologist tested. I personally like it because it's good for my dark circles and since I get allergies very easily and rub mine a lot, this doesn't sting my eyes or anything. I even think I don't rub my eyes as often as before. I hope this helps and good luck!

Egyptian Magic Cream (its more of a salve) will moisterize & heal your dry lids. Its all natural, about 6 or 7 ingredients. Its pricey but it lasts a really long time.

I've done this for so long and it's really helped my eye area stay hydrated:
To remove makeup:
wet face with water
Scoop a quarter sized amount of coconut oil and lightly massage on the eyelids and underneath the eyes
With a cotton pad, swipe the oil off and the left over makeup.
For moisturization:
Apply a nightly eye cream or Aquaphor in small amounts under the eyes and by where crows feet form.

I do what Elyse does. :) I finish by rinsing with Philosophy's Purity or Cerave..then apply sweet almond oil to my entire face and neck.

Cami, could you please post a picture of your eyelids? I have dry, flakey, red eyelids and I went to my doctor and 3 doctors, 2 nurses, and one nurse practitioner didn't know what it was so I have to go back! :P.

At the beginning of winter I had dry skin all over my face so I went online and did some research on products and I chose the Clinique moisture surge cream. I use it all over my face (including my eyelids). It helps my makeup stick and my face stay moisturized. 😊
