So you know that every shampoo bottle you use your supposed to change the type of shampoo so it actually cleans your hair
Well I was wondering if that was the same with cleansers? are you supposed to switch them up every so often so your face doesn't adapt to it making the cleanser not work?

Nope, that is a complete myth on both ends.
Your skin doesn't adapt or 'get used to' a cleanser - just like it doesn't get 'used to' an exercise.

You also don't need to change your shampoo regularly either. To keep your hair looking nice you just need to make sure you clarify once a month. It gets rid a any product build up and gives your products a fresh, clean base to work on.
