Best whitening toothpaste?

Trying to get my teeth a bit whiter but only with toothpaste (baking soda, peroxide, lemon juice, etc.are bad for your teeth) wanted to see what's the best!

I started using that new Colgate one, Max White One Optic 3 days ago. It claims to have a visible difference the first use (don't think so) but I am really seeing results today. Dead pleased if it keeps going the way it is. Other than this current one I've not had any toothpaste that worked (but in fairness I only quit smoking 2 months ago..)

I'm using Colgate Optic White and not seeing any differences! I just get my teeth whitened though lol.
