Yes yes I know the dangers..
But
If I use a lotion before a sunbed. Anyone know how long I should wait after the sunbed to have a shower? X

I usually wait at least three hours. I go almost every day (yeah, I know how bad it is for me but it helps the rosacea). If I can, I try and go before I do anything else with my day. Like it's not even 12 p.m. And I'm on my way to work but I was in a bed about 10 minutes ago.
