So ladies, need your input. My daughter is starting retin a micro gel tomorrow. I looked at some of the other blogs and got the ceravae line to supplement her skincare regimen with it. The problem we have is we wax in between her eyebrows, trying to avoid unibrow here folks :) I have seen a lot of blogs where some say stop 2,3,5,7,14 days before waxing to not burn the skin. Does anyone else experience this, if so what do you do? We don't really want to start threading either. Appreciate any insight. Thanks!

I wax clients hun and you need to stop using it two weeks before you get waxed or depending on how sensitive her skin is it can damage her skin leave a burn or tear it off.

I was seeing a lot of people usually state 1-2 weeks. I just want to be careful and avoiding ripping her skin off as many posts I've read. What about after, thinking I might have hers waxed tomorrow before she starts it now. I'm not ready for all this hormonal stuff yet!! Lol.

She can get waxed before she starts using it and then it's easy to just tweeze the hairs as they grow back.

I used retin a and waxed a few weeks after stopping use. It did rip my skin off and scab over it was awful. I do nave very fair and sensitive skin. I would do a small test section after she stops using it just to be safe. I would say at least a month
