I tried a couple of those & they were.. meh :/ they made my skin feel dry & tight after, that's for sure. & I really don't think that plastic scrubby thing does much, but I could be wrong. it definitely didn't for me! I like Neutrogena & St. Ives way more :p

I really didn't like it. It dried out my skin so bad. It was red and painful and a few days later, it was flaking.

I perish ally love this product! I have pretty sensitive skin and I use it once a week. Using it anymore makes my skin raw. In answer to your question, like other have said too much exfoliating can cause damage by making your skin raw, sensitive, red, and dry! Just be very careful abit how often you use it. Once a week for me is great! :)
