Use a cleanser with salicylic acid and exfoliate once a week.

There's this cream that gets rid of them very easily I forgot what its called:( but just exfoliate.

There are a lot of similar threads like this that have been posted you should check those out - my advice is to use a chemical exfoliant like BHA or AHA to deep clean I also find the OCM works great for me as well
