Okay so around 4:30 on Aug 10 I stepped on a wasp and it stung the bottom of my foot. It also just so happened to be the kind that I'm allergic too, so my foot is really swollen, even now. I've also had to march and twirl on it all day. I took two Benadryl a couple hours after it happened, but it didn't do much and I have been icing it and elevating it too and that hasn't really seemed to help with the swelling. I just need a quick way to bring down the swelling because I absolutely cannot miss band practice and my daily run. Please help!!

You need medical attention. I took medical class and it sounds like you're really allergic. So if I were you I'd go see a doctor. But it seems like you have a busy days but you need to visit a doctor.

Plus Benadryl won't help if you're really allergic. 💋 xo

You should see a doctor but put your foot down. Elevating it allows the poison to travel quicker and easier. Don't put pressure on it though.

Ouch yeah, go to the ER or doctors whatever works for you. It seems pretty bad, is it causing you any discomfort at all?

Yeah you are having an allergic reaction. Did you make sure the stinger was out of your foot?

And I can't really like bend my toes or anything and I have to kinda walk on the outside of my foot or else it hurts to walk.

And yes you need to visit a doctor, if it is causing you this much pain best luck is go to a doctor and they will give you steroids.
