Cleansing or exfoliating? HELP.

What's the difference between these too and what are some good products to use when doing either? I've been using clearasil daily face wash , as a cleanser and feels like I get less acne but when I do there huge.. Help!!

Thanks guys that deff helps Lucy , taking that into consideration is this a good product or anyone know any better , I hear about that new Olay one I'm Dieing to try I just don't wanna keep switching all these products and thanks eve I'll be sure to watch :D
