So I'm pretty sure I have KP on my arms and legs. What are some good scrubs and lotions? Thanks!

Try using body gloves with a glycolic or salicylic body wash an a Alpha hydroxy acid lotion like Amlactin.

I have the same thing on the back of my arms. I'm using an acne wash with salicylic acid. I know its not acne but the wash actually does help I just put it on the back of my arms while I'm taking a shower.
