I am a beginner with makeup so what are some must have tips to get me started.. Like, I should use white on my water line to make them look bigger! Does this make sense? I just want tips to help me with my makeup skills.. Thanks💕

With foundation make sure it's blended nicely down the neck as well. :)

And white eyeliner makes it bigger and with a lighter colour in the tear duct it makes you look more awake.

Use white or nude on your waterline to make your eyes appear bigger. Also, smokey eyes and heavy blending can make them look much smaller. I agree with Sophie. Also, if your going a natural eye, try a bold lip. Or vise versa. (:
