I use Tart and my eyes are sensitive to but it's a tan peach shade not bright white.

I really like the MUFE Aqua Eyes liner pencils :p they come in a variety of colours, go on smoothly & they're waterproof so they work SO well for the waterlines c:

UD 24/7 stays put in my waterline and doesn't bother my eyes and I wear contacts. MUFE Aqua Eyes is a close 2nd.

The milk jumbo pencil from nyx! I love it, stays on all day and doesn't budge with my watery eyes.
