Well being to work in sephora, a good tip is to balance it out, if you have a nice heavy look for eyes ( like smokey eyes) try to keep the lips light. It goes the other way too, heavy lip color like red, try to keep a light shade of color (nudes, and if you want to add a pop of color light light yellow) so want I think looks best is none of them, maybe add a light really light pink
