I heard they send you to a school for makeup for free for a week and you don't need any expirence. :o

I'm pretty sure 18 is the requirement for age. If you don't have any makeup background you will be on cash. They will send you to a Sephora training for a few days and then you can slowly get into skin/color. A pretty fun place to work and you get lots of perks. Goodluck!

I don't know where you live, but in Europe they require for you to have had at least 3 years of experience in the cosmetic industry, other than what all the other girls here said.
