but my favorite is aqua brow from MUFE though its not a powder and is a little tricky to use the results are great

You can use less to make it look natural or add more to define it.

I use the same color and I'm dirty blonde with grey "highlights". I put it over the wax side of the ELF brow kit.

I just use the Elf brow gel after I do my brows. I dnt like the wax feel on my brows. They just feel to heavy for me.
