How do I get the perfect winged eye liner? I've tried so many times and they always come out looking different !

Use a pieces of tape so if you mess up, the tip of the liner just goes onto the tape! And practice haha

It's basically just practice makes prefect & I'm usually super close to the mirror when I'm doing it, if you mess up try removing the errors with like makeup remover & Qtips

Practice, practice, practice. And a good brush. I use the MAC #210, but any small thin paint brush will do. Also, do a gradual build. Put a little on one eye, then the other, then step back. Keep doing that until they are even.
And qtips with a bit of makeup remover ;-)

As a makeup artist, its 90% the brush! Get a good angled brush (small) and it will do the work a lot easier than dealing with the brush that usualy comes with the eyeliner
