White eyeliner with either black eyeliner/eye shadow to make the eyes look bigger. And like already mentioned, mascara of course, because mascara always opens the eyes, you could use falsies too for this.

And also, the use of eyeshadow could help a lot, dope2111 on youtube has smaller eyes, but she always "makes" a bigger looking crease with the use of dark brown eyeshadow higher up in the crease, to make the eyes appear larger.

How can I curl my lashes more effectively ? Every time I do it they stay up and big for like 5 minutes than they just look shitty right after :(
