Oatmeal is wonderful to soothe redness and acne, sugar is a great natural exfoliant and honey gives your skin a glow and added moisture :) Mix the ingredients and leave them on your face for 10-15 minutes how ever often you want! I definitely recommend patch testing by your chin or jawline though to make sure your skin isn't sensitive to any of the ingredients.

I love plain oatmeal, it's very soothing especially for sensitive skin. Can also be used with honey too as a moisturising mask :)
