What have you been using to exfoliate?

If you've been exfoliating using a scrub or beads then no, that type of exfoliation won't work.
A BHA ( Beta hydroxy acid) is meant to exfoliate deep down into the pores and deal with break outs. I recommend looking into purchasing a chemical exfoliant.
They are much more gentle than scrubs and won't irritate your skin.

Are you using a primer. I was having the same thing. basically my primer was clogged my pores instantly. I've been exfoliating and stop using one all together and no small bumps.

I have the same problem except the bumps are on my nose and they don't go away😔 I use my clarisonic daily with Sabon rhubarb foaming face wash and the orange neutragena face wash
