Lately I have been breaking out all over my back and its been rather painful and uncomfortable. Is there anything I can do to make the breakout go away faster or prevent any more breakouts?

It could be your shampoo and conditioner. When you're in the shower does your hair touch your back? Do you ever get shampoo or conditioner on your back? Or even out of the shower, with your hair touching your baxk with product on it...could cause a bad reaction to your skin. What about your laundry detergent? You need to think about these type of factors in your life and hopefully you find out what it is that has been irritating your skin so bad.

During the winter my bacne flares up because of the fabric of my pjs and layers
I sucked it up and wore more cotton shirts
Scrubbed my back with something that will target acne
Then I put my moisturizer with SA on my problem areas since that's all I have
Has made a lot of difference
Just pay attention to yourself

Neutrogena has a body scrub specifically for body acne and a spray that works upside down so you can get your back :)

Have you changed your laundry detergent, recently? That could be a factor, as well. Or the type of fabrics you're wearing. You may also need to wash your bed sheets more frequently. You might need to change the pH of your skin, too. You can help this by mixing witch hazel with water in a spray bottle, spraying your back at night and letting it dry before you go to bed.
