If it's a whitening lotion , it's probably not good for your skin. I don't think you can bleach your skin in a healthy manner.

It's called whitening which actually means brightening in this case. It contains some really good ingredients and I definitely recommend it.

Thank you everyone :) I did try to find the review on the internet most of people say it's one the best to give moisture to your skin and it won't bleach your skin because arbutin is only 3%

Japanese and Korean products are usually pretty good. Seen the awesome skin of women from these countries? But the thing about skincare is while it works great in certain countries well it may not do a great job all over the world coz I feel climate plays a big part as well.
And btw if you see whitening, it's never whitens the skin, it's just kinda like CC creams that correct mild colour discrepencies and makes the skin look brighter.
