I would suggest to exfoliate and use argan oil and a good moisturize

I have the same issues. I get dry patches between my eyebrows and around my nostrils, but oil on the top of my nose, on my eyelids, etc. I use a skincare regime for combination skin (Paula's choice), that is cleanser, toner, exfoliant and moisturizer. In the summer I tend to be a bit oilier, in the winter drier. I have to adjust my makeup for this constantly.
