How To Shape Eyebrows / Pluck Them

So I think I pretty much over plucked my eye brows and I'm so bad at shaping them they are just completely messed up. How can I just start over ?! Just let them grow out ? How to shape eyebrows better ? :(

Yes grow them out. My best advice would be to get a cheap brow stencil kit. That way you can have a clean outline of what you want. I think ELF makes some. There's also youtube videos of how to outline your brows with an eyeliner before you pluck them. For now just really fill those babies in and hope they grow back soon! Good luck.
