I have a roller ball & mini of the tarte maracuja oil and a mini of the Josie Maran argan oil but I don't know which one I like better. I'm almost out of both and haven't used them in a way to figure which one I prefer.
What is your favorite oil? Even if it isn't the ones I've mentioned
What's your skin type?
If you've tried some you haven't liked please let me know and tell me why ☺️

I have super oily, acne prone skin and I love Grapeseed oil and Jojoba oil, I use both separately and sparingly before bed and my face looks supple without breaking out the following morning. I am pretty scared of trying any other oils on my face cuz of the skin type, these oils were suggested by my derm and he said they were non comedogenic and they are.

I would personally go with the Argan oil.
Why?
Tarte's Maracuja oil lacks Vitamin C, regardless of claims. This is a very important Vitamin for skin care and it's a shame that they've filtered the oil so much that they basically eliminated some very beneficial ingredients.
I would be vary wary of using Maracuja Oil, especially since it is not the best for acne. It is better for dry skin.
I also would not invest in Josie Maran's Argan Oil. It is the perfect example of an overpriced oil just because a name was stamped onto it. I'm sure any health store, or vitamin store will carry a slightly larger version for a fraction of the cost.
Remember, the bottle needs to be dark colored and have a slightly nutty scent.
My favorite is still Jojoba Oil ☺

Argan Oil is not as hard to get anymore. It is still pricey but it should not be anywhere as pricey as Josie Maran's.

I haven't tried argan (yet) but maracuja has been a Holy Grial for me. I have combo skin and I was also kinda afraid of using oil but it turned out to be a great product for me. It helped me to get rid of little pimples, hydrated the dry spots and reduced fine lines around my eyes. I think it is worth it.

I too have both the tarte and Josie Maran oils and it's tough to decide on which one I like better. The argan oil is one I can use just 2 drops and it moisturizes well, but I have combo skin so I don't want anything too heavy. It's not "heavy", per se, but it feels like it leaves me more supple. If I don't want to use it on my skin, I'd surely use it for cuticles, ends of my hair, and even pat some around my eye area. The maracuja is just ok. At first I loved it but now I'm not so sure. I can't say I've noticed any real difference from it. My skin has been kind of fussy lately but I don't know if it's due to either oils. Does anyone know if they are comedogenic? The one beauty oil that I've tried to date that I might actually purchase is boscia tsubaki oil. Sorry that was a lot :P.
